We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Overnight Front Desk Supervisor at The Peninsula Hong Kong, a legendary hotel that embodies grandeur and nostalgia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the efficient running of Front Desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide efficient and personalized service to guests, catering to any special requests.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Monitor billing, cashiering, and cash handling procedures.
- Mentor, guide, and encourage Front Desk Agents to build rapport and teamwork.
- Cover overnight shifts of the Front Desk section.
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar role would be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and PMS System.
- Excellent customer interaction skills.
- Fluent in spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Overnight Front Desk Agent.
