Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Banco di Roma is one of the largest banks in Europe, with a long history of providing financial services to individuals and businesses. Our Commercial Banking team provides a range of banking products and services to small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as large corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including relationship management, account planning, and client acquisition.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product specialists, and credit analysts, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines.
  • At least 4 years relevant experience in the commercial banking industry.
  • Good knowledge of corporate banking and treasury products and services.
  • Familiar with general banking operations and its legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Previous exposure to credit proposal preparation.
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
