About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Axis Communications. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and authorized partners within a designated region.

Your primary objective will be to establish and develop relationships with these accounts to drive growth and development. You will collaborate closely with our Distribution Account Manager to identify and recruit potential partners and enhance sales opportunities with distributors.

Key responsibilities will include handling incoming sales calls, managing the lead queue within Salesforce, and qualifying authorized partners. You will also work with distributors to identify potential business opportunities from marketing event leads.

In addition, this role involves managing small-sized projects, conducting training sessions, and organizing events. You will act as the Salesforce representative and provide training to the team.
