Senior Merchandise Manager for Baby Wear Company

We require a seasoned professional with tertiary education and 5+ years of managerial experience in garment merchandising. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential, as you will be working closely with our Senior Director and collaborating with Marketing Manager to develop sales goals and marketing strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing existing customer accounts, communications, and conflict resolution
- Discovering customer business needs and proposing suitable solutions
- Coodinating and tracking all activities for each account
- Preparing regular client reports and attending meetings
- Analyzing market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies
You will work based in our HK office with frequent trips to Vietnam (a mere 2-hour flight from Hong Kong) and enjoy a 5-day workweek with 14 days of annual leave, 13 months' salary guaranteed, performance bonus, and medical insurance.
