Job Title: BI and Data Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BI and Data Architect to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a best-in-class data infrastructure, Business Intelligence, and Analytics solution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a holistic data strategy that leverages industry best practices and aligns with our business goals.
  2. Lead a team of engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms, pipelines, and processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new data sources, design data models, and implement data integration solutions.
  4. Develop and implement data analytics and strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  5. Drive innovation and continuous improvement by emerging latest data technologies and capabilities.
  6. Ensure data governance, quality, and security across the organization.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of experience in data warehousing, ETL, BI, Big Data, or analytics areas.
  2. Expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and design, data integration, and engineering.
  3. Proven experience in implementing data systems that service DW, BI, and analytics.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin.
