About the Role

AIA International Limited is seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to lead the development of our data architecture strategy and drive a data-driven culture across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust data management framework, ensuring data quality, security, and scalability. They will also collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data architecture strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Design and implement data management processes and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and scalability
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Partner with technology teams to implement data integration and analytics solutions
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data governance, or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing data architecture strategies
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, data quality, and data security
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
