About the Role

KPMG China is seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Data Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing data architecture solutions that drive business value and improve decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into data architecture designs, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data architecture solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data architecture, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud data architecture, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Proven expertise in relational databases, data warehouses, and data lakes, including experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Strong technical understanding of data modeling, design, and architecture principles, with experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
