- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science and data technology to solve business problems and streamline processes.
- Manage communication and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the data lifecycle planning, development, and release processes.
- Build and nurture a high-performing data team, ensuring the stability of the data platform and development team.
- Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 6 years or more of work experience, with over 5 years of experience as a technical leader in big data, cloud computing, or artificial intelligence industries.
- Proficiency in deploying, using, and maintaining common foundational software such as Hadoop, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Flink, Elasticsearch, with relevant certification qualifications.
- Mastery of one or more mainstream programming and database languages, with a deep understanding of database performance bottlenecks and optimization methods.
- Experience in designing business models related to provincial BOMS domains for telecom operators.
- Experience in implementing big data application projects in the telecom industry.
- Experience in building a complete data platform and technical system from scratch.
- Two or more certifications such as AWS Data Engineer Associate, National Database Engineer Certification, or equivalent.
