About Us:

We are a leading provider of technology solutions, and we're looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Software Delivery Lead.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the analysis, design, implementation, and support of complex software applications.
  2. Translate business requirements into development projects with high quality standards.
  3. Plan and schedule resources and tasks to complete projects on time and within budget constraints.
  4. Prepare project proposals that meet client expectations.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external teams to shape company culture, define processes, and deliver new technologies as needed.
  6. Work with site operations and QA to ensure the quality and reliability of project deliverables.
  7. Manage support services programs by allocating staff resources to meet service level agreements.
  8. Lead a team of developers to provide support, enhancement, and development services to clients.
  9. Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeframe, effort, and cost constraints while following company quality standards.
  10. Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  11. Coach project team members in delivering services to clients, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  2. Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner or Agile Project Management.
  3. 14+ years' experience in requirements analysis, design, coding, and testing of scalable web applications.
  4. 10+ years' experience managing and leading project teams of 6 or more members.
  5. 3+ years' vendor-side HK Government Implementation Project Management experience.
  6. Familiarity with Java development environment, UML, Object Oriented Design methodology, and Design Pattern.
  7. Strong leadership, organizational, written, and presentation skills.
