Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and ongoing maintenance support of government projects, leveraging knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, from requirement study to deployment.
  • Develop and maintain application programs, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Prepare test plans, conduct testing, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create system and operations documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Provide ongoing user and application support, addressing technical queries and issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in software development; IT consulting exposure is advantageous.
  • Experience in government projects is preferred.
  • Strong background in Java/web applications development.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, inter-personal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player, positive attitude, innovative, self-initiating, eager to learn and share with other team members, hardworking, and able to work under pressure independently.
