We Seek Candidates Who Have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance sector.
  • A solid understanding of individual insurance products, operations, and processes.
  • Experience in enhancing life insurance policy administration systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with flexibility in working hours.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a disciplined approach to project scheduling.
  • A self-driven attitude and a strong desire to learn.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, and a good grasp of SQL.
  • The ability to articulate business processes and concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in complex testing execution and support.
  • A background in mentoring junior team members and fostering their independence.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Analyze requests from various departments, collaborating to understand company priorities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create user requirement documents, specifications, and mock-ups for proposed solutions.
  • Conduct impact assessments and deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Build consensus and facilitate discussions with stakeholders, business partners, and IT development teams.
  • Participate in project planning from initiation to closure, tracking requirements and testing progress.
  • Serve as an internal expert in business systems and act as a champion for these areas.
  • Provide quality training on systems to business users.
  • Define testing strategies, develop test plans, and manage testing teams to ensure that end products meet business objectives.
  • Investigate and resolve system and project-related issues.
  • Develop various reports to meet business and regulatory needs, conducting data analysis and integrity checks.
  • Mentor junior team members, enhancing their business analysis skills.
