Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at AXA Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting business initiatives and projects by providing analysis and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
- Develop and maintain business requirements specifications and ensure alignment with IT documents.
- Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses to identify potential solutions and recommend the most effective approach.
- Evaluate solutions in terms of cost, timeline, and quality to ensure they meet business needs.
- Execute user acceptance testing, including test planning, test case preparation, and execution.
- Prepare training materials and conduct training to end-users.
- Provide post-implementation support to end-users and assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis and/or system analysis, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Degree qualified in a relevant field, such as business, mathematics, statistics, IT, or operations management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in specifying user requirements and managing user acceptance testing is an advantage.
- Proficiency in VBA is an advantage.
