This role is a sales position that connects with eye care professionals in optical shops and ophthalmologist clinics. The individual will be responsible for selling products, establishing account partnerships, and practice development in assigned territories and/or accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage sales performance and product portfolio of assigned accounts, including sell-in, sell-out, wearer recruitment, and transactions in MYAV.
  • Work with assigned accounts and teams to develop sales growth plans, targets, and strategies, and remove obstacles to success.
  • Develop ECP segmentation and manage it effectively.
  • Deliver against key call objectives, mainly in outdoor works.
  • Complete pre-call and post-call plans.
  • Submit territory and cycle plan reports, including qualitative and quantitative information on customer and market issues.
  • Build strong partnerships with accounts to develop ongoing business.
  • Install and provide follow-up of marketing and trade marketing support programs in selected accounts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop a high-performance team.
  • Be willing to voice thoughts and input that logically build from territories and accounts level to company level.
  • Might be involved in cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
  • Willing to work outdoors, be proactive, a good team player, responsible, and innovative with a strong commitment to drive good business results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong analytical and business planning skills.
  • High integrity.
  • Capacity to execute marketing plans.
  • Capacity to manage budgets and expenses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to diverse customer audiences.
  • Strong capabilities to interface effectively with all customer types.
