The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic events and wedding business plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic events and wedding business plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Events Sales position.
  • Aggressive and positive working attitude.
  • Solid sales experience in F&B, event, and wedding planning within hotel/resort area, extensive knowledge, and background in wedding planning/sales.
  • In-depth industry knowledge and previous exposure to hotel social events sales models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
