Senior Technical Support Specialist

As a key member of the Oracle Support organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional post-sales support and solutions to our global customer base. Your primary focus will be on resolving complex technical issues and providing expert advice to customers and internal Oracle employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively work with customers to ensure successful deployment of Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion Cloud.
  • Provide assistance to the service delivery team in critical situations as requested.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Respond and resolve service requests within established Key Performance Indicator targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 6 years of solid experience in supporting E-Business Suite and Fusion Cloud FIN modules.
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite architecture and Fusion Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure in escalated situations.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin speaking skills an advantage.

Personal Specification:

  • Proven success in working on own initiative and managing client/end-user expectations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
