As a key member of the Institutional Banking Division at China Construction Bank Asia Corporation Limited, we are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our team in Hong Kong.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with our experienced team to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public sector and non-bank financial institution clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional client service.
  • Work closely with our head office and mainland branches to stay informed about market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct credit risk analysis and monitor client portfolios to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the public sector and non-bank financial institution segments.
  • Degree holder in Finance, Accountancy or related discipline.
  • Qualification in Enterprise Credit Facility (ECF) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis principles and risk management practices.
  • Excellent marketing and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Familiarity with popular banking products, including bilateral loans, syndication loans and structured loans.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
