Marketing Manager, Retail Products

**About the Role**

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager, Retail Products. As a key member of our Customer Value Management team, you will play a critical role in driving personal loan growth for different customer groups/segments via various channels.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop effective programme strategies and mechanics to drive personal loan growth for different customer groups/segments via different channels
* Independently manage and ensure smooth programme implementation
* Drive digital acquisition for loans products
* Conduct market/portfolio analysis and segmentation study for acquisition and growth programme
* Conduct programme evaluation to facilitate learning and continuous improvements
* Manage budget and track expenses in accordance with the department's guidelines
* Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective coordination for the rollout of initiatives
* Ensure all activities adhere to established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values

**Requirements**

* University graduate in business studies with a background in marketing is preferred
* A minimum of 8 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally has worked for a banking/financial institution with involvement or a good understanding of banking products
* Proficient in data analysis, project management, advertising production and direct marketing with good commercial sense
* Hands-on experience in digital acquisition
* Strong communication skills, especially in written Chinese and English a must
* A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
* Experienced in liaising with external business partners and suppliers
