Marketing Assistant Manager, Retail Products

HSBC is seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Marketing Manager, Retail Products Marketing. This role is crucial in maintaining our position as a provider of world-class wealth and personal banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop effective programme strategies and mechanics to drive personal loan growth for different customer groups/segments via various channels.
- Maintain high standards of marketing and communications, and deliver activities that adhere to established marketing processes and guidelines.
- Support campaign development to ensure smooth implementation, and facilitate evaluation and review for continuous improvements.
- Perform analysis of targeted products/segments, competitive position, and trends.
- Support marketing budget management to facilitate effective deployment and enhance return on investment.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective coordination for the rollout of initiatives.
- Demonstrate teamwork through a positive approach and develop close alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.
- University graduate in business studies with a background in marketing is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally with involvement or a good understanding of credit cards.
- Sound knowledge of advertising production and marketing communications, and practical experience in digital marketing is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Experienced in liaising with external business partners and suppliers.
- Possess hands-on PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and high proficiency in written Chinese and English.
