Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and revise regulations and policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Address inquiries related to ethics, conduct, or practice management, providing clear and concise responses.
  • Prepare and disseminate guidelines to ensure consistency in regulatory compliance across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience from reputable law firms/organizations/public sector/HKSAR Govt.
  • Experience in a regulatory setting is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess a substantial and consistent work history in HKSAR in recent years.
  • Must be registered solicitors in HKSAR.
