Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Affairs Director to join our team at Harbridge Partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of regulatory compliance strategies across Hong Kong, Australia, and Singapore.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide expert advice on regulatory matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulators, including the SFC and HKEx, to stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations.
  • Design and implement comprehensive compliance programs to address regulatory inspection findings and mitigate potential risks.
  • Identify and assess compliance risks, developing proactive strategies to prevent breaches of regulations.
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and manuals, ensuring they are aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Foster close working relationships with Asia Pacific country Compliance teams and global counterparts to ensure consistency in compliance standards and frameworks.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in compliance roles covering brokerage activities.
  • Proven expertise in communicating with regulators, particularly the SFC and HKEx.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams or projects.
  • Excellent command of English, with good knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin as an asset.
