  • Liaise with regulators, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to stay informed about industry developments and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate compliance into all aspects of business operations, from onboarding to trading.
  • Provide training and support to employees on regulatory compliance, risk management, and industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging risks, recommending enhancements to our compliance program as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
  • University degree in Law, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the securities industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese), with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
