As a key member of the FDM Group Graduate Recruitment team, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and developing top talent for our organization. Reporting to the Head of Graduate Talent, you will be responsible for managing the entire graduate recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding.

This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring that we attract the best candidates for our graduate programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the graduate recruitment pipeline, including reviewing and assessing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessment days.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with universities and other stakeholders to promote FDM Group's graduate programs.
  • Attending career fairs and other recruitment events to promote FDM Group's brand and attract top talent.
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including social media, advertising, and other channels.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to candidates, including responding to inquiries and providing updates on the recruitment process.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graduate recruitment to ensure that FDM Group remains competitive in the market.
