About the Role

The Global Client Management Case Lead position within our department plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client experiences across various banking and investment solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, serving as the primary point of contact for review and remediation, and fostering strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of client portfolios, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client reviews and remediation, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing clear explanations of KYC requirements and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration on client matters.
  • Monitor and manage client relationships, anticipating and addressing potential concerns or issues before they escalate.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with business lines, regional teams, and other key stakeholders to drive effective collaboration and results.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices, sharing expertise and ideas to enhance client management capabilities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in client management, with a strong understanding of KYC requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex client issues.
  • Familiarity with local AML/KYC regulatory and compliance issues.
  • Relevant degree holder (Bachelor's or Graduate) preferred.
