">The Generalist, Business Management Support, COO Office, Global Financial Markets role is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing business management coverage for Global Financial Markets across Sales, Trading, and Fixed Income business. This includes driving the rollout of new products, projects, and initiatives.
">The successful candidate will act as lead for New Product Approval (NPA) and Product Development, coordinating with support units and sales/traders to drive the new product workflow and approval on an end-to-end basis.
">Additionally, they will be responsible for leading System Projects as GFM business lead on an end-to-end business perspective, working with GFM tech and various stakeholders to drive the rollout of digital and system enhancement projects.
">The ideal candidate should have strong team leadership and people management experience, with a solid understanding of GFM product knowledge, including FX, Derivatives, Money Market, Security trading, and Structure Product.
">They should also possess strong skills in driving and leading workgroups with multiple departments and achieving results, as well as managing multiple work streams and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
