Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR business partners to comprehend their recruitment needs.
- Design and execute a thorough recruitment strategy aimed at attracting top-tier talent.
- Identify, evaluate, and select effective recruitment channels to connect with qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and provide recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the selection and onboarding journey.
- Lead and implement initiatives to enhance employer branding.
- Work proactively with HR business partners to organize employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of various talent acquisition projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a proven track record in Talent Acquisition.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Strong interviewing skills and adept questioning techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment tools, including social media platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving recruitment objectives.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
