To support our growth, we are in search of a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our recruitment initiatives and elevate our employer branding. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to evaluate staffing requirements, formulate and implement a recruitment strategy, and attract exceptional talent to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR business partners to comprehend their recruitment needs.
- Design and execute a thorough recruitment strategy aimed at attracting top-tier talent.
- Identify, evaluate, and select effective recruitment channels to connect with qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and provide recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the selection and onboarding journey.
- Lead and implement initiatives to enhance employer branding.
- Work proactively with HR business partners to organize employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of various talent acquisition projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a proven track record in Talent Acquisition.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Strong interviewing skills and adept questioning techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment tools, including social media platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving recruitment objectives.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
