Position Overview
This is a fixed-term contract role for 2 years, with the potential for renewal based on organizational requirements and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in ensuring efficient daily operations of the main retail outlets and temporary stores.
  • Manage staff scheduling and deployment to guarantee exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and sustain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and maintain appropriate inventory levels while managing costs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and fellow supervisors to improve operational efficiency.
  • Supervise cash handling processes and ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Initiate and work on marketing promotions in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A recognized diploma or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service environments.
  • A proven history of achieving sales targets and meeting key performance indicators.
  • Attention to detail, maturity, independence, and excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
  • A high level of commitment and accountability for responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese, with strong oral and written communication skills.
