The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations of the main shops and pop-up stores. This includes handling staff scheduling and deployment, ensuring high-quality customer service, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Handle staff scheduling and deployment to meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
  • Manage visual merchandising and maintain inventory levels while controlling costs.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and other supervisors to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure transaction accuracy.
  • Initiate and collaborate on marketing promotions with relevant parties.
Requirements:
  • Possess a recognized diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in retail or customer service.
  • Proven track record in sales and meeting KPIs.
  • Detail-oriented, mature, independent, with excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • High level of commitment and ownership of responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other computer skills.
  • Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
