The Regional Manager, Tradelane and Ocean Development AMEA is responsible for driving the growth and development of our tradelane and ocean business within the AMEA region.

This role involves coordinating with products to devise innovative services that meet market demands and customer expectations, ultimately strengthening our market position.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive AMEA tradelane development
  • Drive AMEA Ocean business development
  • Devise strategies to target sizeable accounts for the key tradelanes and ocean
  • Strategize and maintain sizeable tradelane and ocean accounts
  • Support RFQs on target tradelanes and ocean
  • Direct Sales and Operations to improve on services
  • Coordinate with Products to devise product and service to compete in the market and tradelanes

Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Solid experience (20 years+) in logistics industry
  • With strong market and product knowledge

Attributes:

  • Good communication skills and excellent business acumen
  • Ability to work across geographies and lead cross-functional teams
  • Be prepared for a fair amount of international travel to meet with customers
