We are looking for a skilled Sales Engineer to manage key customer relationships and lead project management efforts in the water building services market. The Role
In this role, you will:
* Report to the Sales Director and contribute to implementing the company's long-term strategy
* Focus on key customer relationship management and project management
* Cooperate with technical support engineers and factories for quotation, tendering, proposal preparation, and goods delivery
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, particularly defined key customers and key projects
* Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions
* Support the company in achieving its HK & Macau business strategy

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related subject. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales & marketing, project management, or customer interaction in mechanical/building service products or equivalent is necessary. Knowledge of pump or valve business, or water building service equipment is beneficial. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
