Captiare Limited is seeking an experienced IT Governance professional to join our team. As an IT Governance professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a reliable IT governance framework, reviewing and enhancing existing frameworks to support corporate strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT governance frameworks to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and objectives.
- Review and enhance existing IT governance frameworks to ensure they are effective and efficient.
- Foster communication across IT and business units on IT governance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as HKMA (TM-G-1, TM-G-2, OR-2), PDPO, PCI-DSS, etc.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to IT governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate IT governance risks.
- Provide guidance and support to IT teams on IT governance best practices.
Requirements:
- University graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Extensive experience in system recovery and resilience planning.
- Solid experience in software development, project planning, and management.
- Sound knowledge of policy and procedure writing.
- Experience in operational resilience framework development is an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HKMA (TM-G-1, TM-G-2, OR-2), PDPO, PCI-DSS, etc.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent in English is preferable; can speak in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills.
- Independent problem-solving and self-directing abilities.
- Self-driven and flexible with high motivation.
- Sound knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MIS Reporting.
