This role is a key part of our quality assurance function, ensuring that our agency channel operates effectively and efficiently. As Agency Control and Governance Specialist, you'll be responsible for fostering a compliance culture, implementing best practices, and monitoring controls to support agencies' overall compliance.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in governance, internal control, quality assurance, compliance, or complaint handling, preferably with knowledge of agency channels. They will be skilled in presentation, communication, and facilitation, with proficiency in written and spoken Putonghua, Cantonese, and English. Knowledge of the insurance and banking industry is also an asset.
