  7. Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and PoV of digital transformation for HK and Greater Bay Area.
  8. Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional Innovation Centres and other region business teams to gain synergy.
  9. Key Initiatives: Shape and drive the key initiatives regarding digital transformation for clients.
  10. Financial Metrics: In charge of financial metrics and related KPI in Hong Kong and aggressive YOY revenue growth.
  11. Competence Building: Strategize and build competences to support projects and opportunities.
  12. Market Opportunities: Identify addressable market opportunities and provide guidance in setting business targets and working towards company goals.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Minimum 15 years relevant work experience with expertise and proven experience in Software Design & Development.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong technical experience in System and/or Applications Architecture Design for large-scale projects.
  4. Reference Architecture: Strong technical experience in Reference Architecture Definition.
  5. Solution Design: Ability to conceptualize and create the most efficient and appropriate solution for a software development project; taking into consideration the integration of various components, identification and mitigation of known technical risks, application of architectural principles, technology standards, and industry best practices.
  6. Application and Infrastructure Design: Proven track record and proficiency in both Application and Infrastructure Design for large-scale projects.
  7. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading large teams.
  8. People Management: Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
  9. Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  10. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify and understand business needs, and translate into strategic plans and solutions.
  11. Adaptability: Highly adaptable and collaborative.
  12. Crisis Management: Ability to adapt and rise to the occasion under high pressure and possess strong crisis management skills.
