Job Title: Marketing Manager, Inventive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the food industry.
  • Market Trends: Analyze data to provide insights on market trends and customer behavior.
  • Innovation/Concept Days: Support the development of innovative marketing concepts and presentations.
  • Concept Cards: Collaborate with the C&A team to create concept cards showcasing Inventive products.
  • New Win Showcase/Paper Concept Creation: Share win reports and concept cards with account managers and customers.
  • Marketing Material: Develop marketing materials, including Showpad content, posters, brochures, and presentations, following IFF brand guidelines.
  • Innovation Ideation: Generate new ideas to fuel the innovation pipeline of Inventive.
  • Support Growth Initiatives Campaigns/Product Trainings: Assist sales and consumer marketing teams in executing growth initiatives and product trainings.
  • Coordinating and Collaborating: Work with sales and creation & design teams to drive high-priority customer projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience, with 3-4 years in marketing.
  • Understanding of collecting data from secondary reports and creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience in marketing communication and research.
  • Strong presentation and marketing skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Experience in creating marketing collaterals and coordinating with marketing agencies.
  • Passion for innovative marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Opportunity and results orientation, with a can-do attitude and willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Office, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
