The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Operation Officer, Information Management. This is a fixed-term contract position of 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.

You will be responsible for providing operational support to our Information Management team, including:

Information Management Operational Support:

  • Providing support to the supervisor on information management projects and internal events, such as user training and seminars.
  • Supporting and working with IT and external contractors on process automation using Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Researching systems related to information management, such as document management systems, to enhance the application of IM practices.
  • Supporting content creation and maintenance of the Corporate Intranet.

Digital Asset Management Operational Support:

  • Providing operational support to users on the use of the Digital Asset Management system and creating tags in the system.
  • Gathering users' feedback on system continuous improvement.
  • Supporting administrative work of user accounts maintenance.
  • Collaborating with IT to support system revamp/upgrade.

To be successful in this role, you should:

Requirements:

  • Possess a recognised higher Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in operations support, data processing and entry, and business administration of applications systems in a sizable organisation.
  • Be well-organised and attentive to details.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
