Stakeholder Communication

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication skills to join our team and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and auditors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and presenting reports on risk and operational performance to senior management and the board of directors.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in risk management and operations, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset custody, blockchain technology, and the regulatory landscape.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management frameworks and operational processes.
  • Good organizational, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to apply a strategic mindset to make sound decisions for the business, and at the same time able to execute individually in collaboration with other teams.
  • Self-driven, analytical, and proactive problem solver.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to multitask and keen eye to details.
  • Sensitive to processes, with clear and logical thinking.
  • Native/Fluent in English.
