  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business targets
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the team's expertise remains current
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in investment banking, with a strong background in equity-linked, bond-linked, and M&A businesses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with industry experts and customers
  • Proven experience in IPO executions, with a high level of motivation and commitment to deliver results
  • Familiarity with relevant regulators and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with Chinese writing skills preferred
