Job Summary

As Executive Director, Private Banking Solutions, you will formulate strategies to enhance the quality and profitability of high net worth segments, leading your team to implement effective business plans and deliver business performance metrics. This role focuses on segment management for retail banking and private banking HNW customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute acquisition, growth, and retention strategies for HNW customers to achieve business targets and improve customer experience
  • Analyze customer behavior and needs, referencing market research and customer profiles, to propose actionable initiatives for customer acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrades, loyalty enhancement, and retention
  • Collaborate with product and channel teams to cross-sell suitable products and services, meeting target customers' needs holistically, and enhancing profitability of HNW segments
  • Plan, implement, and monitor sales activities, marketing campaigns, and customer events, evaluating and reviewing their effectiveness and ensuring efficient use of approved marketing budgets
  • Work with counterparts to develop user-friendly and cost-effective sales and service platforms, improving customer experience at various touchpoints
  • Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates, ensuring they are competent in performing their jobs
  • Support marketing and loyalty programs for private banking segments
Requirements
  • Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in prestige customer segment marketing and in banking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and attentive to details
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of HKD $800,000 - HKD $1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
