About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking professional to join our team at Deutsche Bank. As an Equity Linked Transactions Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the origination and execution of ECM and equity-linked transactions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the origination and execution of ECM and equity-linked transactions, working closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver high-quality results.
  • Establish and develop relationships with internal stakeholders, from coverage to sales/trading to infrastructure support functions, to drive business growth and success.
  • Handle day-to-day client enquiries and dialogues, developing skills in managing and driving conversations with clients to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Participate in marketing efforts, leading the preparation of client presentations and pitches to showcase our expertise and services.
  • Support all facets of trade execution for ECM and equity-linked transactions, ensuring seamless delivery and high client satisfaction.

Your Skills and Experience:
  • Relevant ECM and equity-linked products origination experience, with a deep understanding of the nature of the business and the ability to mentor and lead junior bankers in the team.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Independent thinking and proactive approach to contribute to the team's success.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and accountable, with strong communication skills and the ability to articulate to demanding clients.
