Customer Support Specialist

E.C Technology Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated technical support professional to provide top-notch service to our VIP customers in the Head Office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and effective IT support for all VIP users of our customer, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
- Respond to and resolve all types of incidents reported by VIP staff, from simple queries to complex technical issues.
- Fulfill all IT service requests raised by VIP staff, including hardware and software troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
- Prepare for and participate in meeting support as required, ensuring seamless delivery of IT services.
- Offer flexible IT support services at various locations, including outside the office, and at times requested by VIP staff, such as after hours or on bank holidays.
- A minimum of Higher Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in an I.T related field, with a strong background in VIP support.
- In-depth knowledge of PC/Mobile/Tablet/iPad support, as well as Windows 7, 10, Apple OSX, Android, and iOS based applications.
- Solid experience in providing IT deskside support is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work overtime when necessary, with shift allowance provided for shift duties.
