As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, feedback, and instructions via various channels. You will also have the opportunity to acquire new business by identifying sales opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve high service levels on SME hotlines
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Deliver professional customer service and meet quality standards
- Support marketing campaigns, including registrations and referrals
- Engage in outbound telemarketing to enhance services and generate revenue
- Achieve objectives set by management
- Contribute to training and development programs for new staff
- Comply with internal guidelines, legal, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Secondary education with at least 3 years' relevant experience in customer service or the banking industry
- Insurance and/or investment licenses preferred; possession of related regulatory qualifications and competencies required
- Self-motivated, independent, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin language skills
