At Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Banquet Service Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of service quality is delivered to every banquet guest.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in operation service and possess excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is also required. Certification in wine and spirits is advantageous.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the work of the banquet service team, attending daily BEO function meetings, and conducting pre-function briefings to ensure up-to-date details or changes on banquet functions are communicated to the team.
You will work closely with all relevant departments to ensure all set-ups are presented in accordance to the guests' requirements. If you have less experience, you may be considered as a Banquet Supervisor.
