About the Opportunity

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through product portfolio expansion and new account development. Build business relationships with customers. Timely report field performance and market information to superiors. Arrange and participate in sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan call schedules to cover most practitioners in the responsible area with efficient time allocation for supervisor approval.
  • Develop new accounts actively; follow up with existing accounts on a regular basis; build up good relations and rapport with doctors.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by direct superiors.
  • Collect and share market intelligence on activities and information about competitive products, including promotional activities, product launches, and pricing strategies.
  • Arrange and participate in medical meetings, health seminars, and other related promotional activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare market and local patient trends.
  • Ensure all activities comply with all regulations in Hong Kong and Company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in sales.
  • Field experience in pharmaceuticals is preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Good selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good networking with healthcare professionals and others.
  • Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Positive mindset and self-motivated.
  • Enthusiasm, team spirit, and result-oriented.
  • Proactive.
  • Energetic and passionate.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
