Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our key products and services to current and potential clients in assigned territories.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Execute marketing and business development initiatives to achieve sales targets, maximize market share, and drive business growth.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, trainings, and technical supports to clients as needed.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Identify potential business opportunities to drive continuous growth and expansion.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related life science discipline.
- 2-6 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record in the medical industry, preferably in NICU/PICU/Wound care/Surgical Consumables/Cardiac.
- Good physician network would be an advantage.
- Good proficiency in Cantonese and English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients.
- Objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate, and a good team-player.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
