- Providing day-to-day corporate secretarial support and handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree holder with associate membership of HKICS or ICSA or equivalent qualification;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in listed company and corporate governance;
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good interpersonal skills, trainable, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
