Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Principal/Principal to drive the development of Health & Wellness (H&W) strategy, ecosystem, and proposition development for superior customer value propositions in order to achieve the company KPIs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategy development, proposition development, and partnership development, and will be able to lead the coordination and communication efforts among diverse departments to ensure the seamless integration of services into our product offerings, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Health & Wellness (H&W) strategy, ecosystem, and proposition development to achieve company KPIs
• Drive seamless customer experience, channel engagement, and capture market share through directing effective partnership development, channel communications, and engagement programs
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end integration and cross-functional team coordination to ensure the seamless integration of services into our product offerings, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency
• Identify, evaluate, and forge new strategic partnerships that enrich our health and wellness ecosystem, delivering significant added value to our customers and expanding our market reach
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our ecosystem, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategy decision-making and optimize outcomes
• Participate in the development of comprehensive training materials and provide ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting a deep understanding and effective utilization of our ecosystem
• Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance and governance guidelines, as well as market regulations, safeguarding the integrity and reputation of our organization

Requirements

• Degree in Business or Healthcare
• Relevant industry experience with 5+ years of relevant healthcare experience
• Strong strategy development skills and well-versed in proposition development
• Sound knowledge on insurance products and medical industry as added advantage
• Work and thrive in an environment that challenges and empowers its people
• Capable to operate in a fast-paced environment, meet tight timelines with sometimes changing priorities
• Agile mindset to deal with a constantly changing macroeconomic setting and customer behaviors
• Must be skilled in clearly articulating data and reports in a manner easily understood in oral and written format
• Must be collaborative and able to build internal and external relationships
• You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
• Customer centric and strong capabilities in business analysis and insights
• Excellent communication skills and proven project management experience
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities
