Data Ecosystem Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Ecosystem Product Owner to join our team at Pinpoint Asia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Data Ecosystem Roadmap and Strategic Vision, aligning it with our overall vision.
Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain the Data Ecosystem Roadmap: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and quantify expected business value and return on investment for the Data Backbone features.
- Establish and Manage Partnerships: Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with various stakeholders across the value chain.
- Assume the Role of Product Owner: Collaborate with agile delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of data-driven products or initiatives.
- Enforce Data Governance Policies: Establish and enforce data governance policies, including data quality, metadata management, and reference data management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the Life Insurance or Financial Services industry.
- Track Record: Track record of successfully delivering data-driven products or initiatives.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Life Insurance business processes is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms, understanding of data modeling approaches, and experience in advanced analytics, including machine learning and predictive modeling.
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate business requirements into data and/or reporting solutions, and a strong understanding of business processes and key performance indicators in the life insurance industry.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
