About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in product development, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Vision and Roadmap

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and evolving market needs, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

Product Development

Collaborate with product design, data, and architecture teams to drive product development, ensuring that products meet customer needs and business objectives.

User Feedback and Performance

Monitor user feedback and performance results to prioritize and ensure features and tasks are delivered as expected.

Product Analysis and Improvement

Conduct monthly product/service analysis to identify areas for improvement and sharpen product ecosystem and customer experience.

Product Architecture and Strategy

Conduct and improve product architecture for penetration and engagement, maximizing the reach and value of every touchpoint from all organic channels to overall page experiences in the ecosystem.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with business teams to provide product/digital solutions and strengthen the framework for penetration, retention, and monetization strategy.

Documentation and Project Management

Translate requirements into PRD/URS documentation, including epic, user story, flow diagrams, success metrics, scope of work with data collection, risk management, and monitoring mechanism. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from conception, defining KPI, through to go-to-market plan and systematic monitoring.

Additional Responsibilities
  1. Advertising Performance and Optimization

Maximize overall advertising performance; support Ad Tech integration; provide Analytics insights to advertising teams, and work with cross-functional teams within the organization.

Digital Advertising Products

Initiate and optimize digital advertising products to maximize KPIs STR and Inventory.

Ad Product Design and Tech Integration

Conduct and maintain Ad Product Design and Tech Integration from requirement to delivery in a Global Approach.

Ad Ops and Ad Tech Knowledge

Maintain documentation and knowledge of ad ops and ad tech related information to internal teams.

End-to-End Operation Flow

Manage and optimize the end-to-end operation flow from uploading materials to optimization and reporting between external and internal advertising teams.

Programmatic Campaigns

Conduct and optimize Regional and Local Programmatic Campaigns to meet KPIs and expectations.

Ad Yield Performance

Work closely with SSPs and all partners' platforms to monitor and maximize ad yield performance.

Requirements
  1. Education

Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or related discipline.

Experience

6+ years of experience in digital product management, with experience in roadmaps for penetration growth.

Skills

Ability to communicate key goals and consistently create momentum for a project across teams with sometimes competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Analytical Skills

Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans.

Technical Skills

Strong experience in ASO, SEO, Firebase, Information and Frontend Architecture.

Conceptual Thinking

Strong conceptual thinking and digital product design sense.

Industry Knowledge

Good understanding of OTT, payment technology, payment channels, and industry players in APAC.

Marketing Automation

Experience in marketing automation and attribution platforms, user journey and approaches, and UI/UX patterns required to make them a success.

Project Management Tools

Proficiency in Figma, Miro, JIRA or other project management tools.

Language Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Additional Requirements
  1. Education

Degree in Information System or Marketing related discipline.

Experience

At least 5+ years of experience in Digital Performance with proven track record in campaign optimization.

Skills

Strong Analytical, Client Facing and communication skills.

Data Analytics

Strong in data analytics and providing effective recommendations.

Programmatic Landscape

Strong understanding of Programmatic landscape and audience data value.

Ad Verification

Familiar with Ad Verification and header bidding is a plus.

Self-Motivation

Self-motivated, work proactive, project leading experience and willing to learn new technology.

Communication Skills

Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Language Skills

Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
