About the Role
As the Head of Health and Wellness at Aurex Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's health and safety governance across Asia Pacific. This includes managing corporate health policies, procedures, and regulatory audits for the firm's portfolios globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to engage the entire business in market-leading, health-conscious behaviors and decision-making.
- Provide subject matter expertise to various corporate stakeholders on property due diligence environmental risks to the firm.
- Conduct workplace safety reviews to identify, prioritize, and manage health and safety risks across the region.
- Develop, implement, and update corporate health and safety policies and procedures to promote regulatory compliance, liability risk control, and program continuity.
- Act as the company liaison for health and safety regulatory interface, correspondence, and regulatory fine negotiations.
- Develop health and safety audit protocols and implement ISO/OHSAS audit programs to provide consistent application of contractor management standards.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant working experience across the APAC region.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong public speaking skills desired.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of health and safety and relevant health and safety management systems.
- Ability to influence top management in a multi-cultural environment and work effectively with operations teams of different disciplines.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese.
