About the Role

This is a leadership role to support delivery and execution of the Corporate Finance International strategy. The Executive Director, Acquisition Finance North Asia position is responsible for origination, structuring, delivery, and overseeing execution of the capabilities of the North Asia Acquisition Finance Team in delivering leverage and acquisition finance solutions to clients across North Asia and the International network.

The role will also involve a high level of interaction with clients, Relationship Managers, Risk, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and execute strategic plans for the region, ensuring alignment with Business Writing Strategy and Country Lending Guidelines.
  • Deliver competitive and superior leveraged and acquisition financing solutions to ANZ clients.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Product Partners to develop meaningful Account Plans maximizing cross-sell and utilizing asset finance as a differentiated lead product for target customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in deal origination, capital structure negotiation, credit negotiations, tiered loan structuring, due diligence, and risk assessment.
  • Existing deep networks in the M&A, leveraged finance, private debt, and Private Equity markets in Asia.
  • Proven origination track record in leveraged and acquisition financing in Asia.
  • Strong understanding of various legal structures for acquisition funding across multiple countries and legal jurisdictions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated capability in managing Senior Executive stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
