We are looking for an experienced HRBP Lead to join our team at Captar Partners and contribute to shaping our people strategy.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with department heads to understand their needs and provide guidance on HR-related matters, including but not limited to HR strategies, manpower planning, and retention/expansion.
  • Collaborate with management for any upcoming office expansions across the region, ensuring all logistics and policies align with local regulations.
  • Act as a team leader and mentor, motivating and maximizing the potential of team members.
  • Facilitate succession planning and performance management issues within the business unit.
  • Liaise with the TA team for hiring needs and monitor the hiring process.
  • Participate in annual HR projects, such as manpower planning, budgeting, and salary reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of HRBPs.
  • Facilitate succession planning and performance management.
  • Liaise with TA teams for hiring needs.

Requirements:

  • University degree in HR Management or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience in Fintech/Tech/Financial companies.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English.
